About the event
Our next event will be a Bitesize focusing on monitoring and evaluation practitioners that are working for/with small charities (with a turnover of less than £1m), highlighting the reality of evaluation in a small charity setting, the challenges and opportunities that come with that, and we also want to showcase our small charity member success stories.
We have invited Rachel Tait, Head of Impact and Evaluation at the Fair Education Alliance, to share her experiences of working for and with small charities. Rachel started her career at youth social action charity Student Hubs, working on everything from programme design to volunteer management to evaluation. She then spent four years at the charity think tank and consultancy New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) and led the Inspiring Impact programme which offers free impact measurement support to charities and social enterprises across the UK.
Our intention for this event is to allow our Small Charity members to share their unique challenges and find practical solutions. This will also be an opportunity for ChEW to understand how we can support our Small Charity members with these challenges, as we aim to develop our membership offering.
We hope to see you there!
